  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

  • Cancellations can be made only before the item is shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–9 working days.
