At AURGE, we work hard to deliver quality products you’ll love. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
Cancellations can be made only before the item is shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–9 working days.
